Before I teach, I like to listen to my students first so as to understand their learning needs and goals and then suggest tailored, exciting activities that will help them achieve their goals. I adopt the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach, which focuses on authentic communication, but I also make use of other teaching methods and techniques.
