My lessons are student led, and are designed with each and every student in mind. With a creative subject such as musical composition it is key to understand the ultimate goals the student wants to take away from the lessons and structure the material around this. Lessons can consist of: going through and analysing compositions, different compositional techniques, basic music theory, advanced music theory, research and analysis of different composers and their techniques as well as more practical elements such as composing passages and studies.
