My coaching style is focussed on unlocking your potential. It's goal centred and tailored to your desired outcomes.

With over 20 years of coaching and mentoring experience, I've worked with students and apprentices, helping them dispel limiting beliefs and to achieve the big goals.

Whilst each Coaching Programme is tailored specifically to your own goals, all programmes step through three phases:

• Phase 1 – Discovering. This is where I get to know a bit about you; to understand what makes you tick; to explore your communication style; and to start you thinking more deeply about your desired outcomes and what exactly you’d like to see coming out of our time together on this coaching programme.

• Phase 2 – Developing. You’ll have a little bit of homework to do before we dive into the programme, identifying your three most important goals and why these are important to you. How motivated are you to achieve these? What does success look like? How will you know? Through our sessions, you can expect thought-provoking discussion, and space and time to get to the heart of the real issues. We’ll step through a number of exercises which will explore and challenge your thinking. We’ll weigh up choices and, together, we’ll navigate any blockers to cut a pathway through, never losing sight of the end goal.

• Phase 3 – Delivering. This is where you’ll map out the actions and timeline, getting into the detail of the who, what, when and how. Accountability is an essential ingredient to this final phase of the programme, so I’ll be there to check-in with you on your progress in committing your plans to action.

How it works

What you can expect from your coaching programme is:-

• 30-45 minute discovery call;
• Programme of six coaching sessions, each lasting approximately 60-90 minutes;
• Access to exercises and handouts;
• Support between sessions by phone or email;
• Post programme check-in
