Various teaching methods are offered such as: Question and Answer method which is very helpful because it involves Teacher and student interaction. Students are allowed to express themselves through introductions before the lesson is conducted to allow them to be comfortable .Teaching aids,books and a white board is used for effective learning. The use of Direct style and discussion method is used. Teacher and Learner centered methods are used to make sure the students grasp all the concepts offered. During these methods a lot of attention is required in order for students to be effective in their learning. Quizzes are offered once a week to examine the students progress. Game based learning is often introduced to students to test their creativity abilities. Students are welcome to express themselves when they are not clear or feel uncertain about the lessons offered. Students are also welcome to share their thoughts concerning the methodology of learning been offered and new ideas are always welcome and available. Oral presentations are one of the major methods used to help students understand and develop their oral communication skills during the lesson. Students are not limited to topics discussed but are allowed to bring up real life situations and activities that are related to the English language. Some students shared their thoughts regarding some methods of teaching that they found boring or rather inappropriate,the secret to a successful and active learning is when students are free to interact with their tutor academically and also on a personal level.
