As this is a tutoeing session I use the standard textbooks and allow for the student to proceed with practice questions so that I can gauge where the student will require most help. As we progress I will deliver more in depth explanations according to the understanding of the student. This method has worked for me over the years and students have performed exceptionally well, typically students attained grades C's and B's, a great improvement from grade E's!
