With a strong background in education and passion for language teaching for the past 5 years, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your team by helping English language learners enhance their proficiency.

As an ongoing master’s student in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) with a bachelor’s degree in English education, I am well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of FindTutor’s students. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been utilizing online platforms to conduct my teaching and getting students from different provinces in Indonesia. My approach to teaching is goal-based where I help students reach their goals with tailored lesson plans that enhance their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills effectively.

In my previous teaching roles, I have successfully conducted one-on-one and group tutoring sessions via online platforms, such as zoom and google meet combined with interactive teaching platforms like mentimeter and google jamboard which allowed students to actively engaged in the activities and express their ideas as freely as in person classroom. My lessons are meticulously planned to be engaging and interactive to support the virtual classroom activities and ensure active participation of students.

I am particularly drawn to this role because to providing personalized instructions and support for language learners. I am eager to bring my skills in crafting customised lesson plans and my enthusiasm for fostering educational growth of my students.
