Through my five years of music learning experience, including four years of music education I have developed strong teaching abilities, understanding student’s needs by careful evaluation of their abilities and personalising teaching programs to meet their individual needs. I have gained curriculum development skills, an analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate teaching effectiveness and measure impact and have achieved excellent teaching results. This has been developed from my experience teaching at a high school, where my job was to lead and teach music, discuss and develop the music curriculum and work as a class adviser. This has enabled me to work collaboratively with the teaching team and to communicate effectively with students, their parents and with other teachers to encourage and support students to achieve their best and to participate in different music competition and concerts. I am passionate and confident in providing personalised one-on-one courses based on their different professional levels and carefully arranging phased courses to ensure professional improvement and psychological stability.
