I have been participating in tutor volunteering jobs in high school where I help students who struggle with their grades. I usually carry out lecture first, then I would ask for feedback from the student via interactive method such as asking them to complete questions with different difficulties. At the end of the lecture I would ask them if there's anything that they don't understand, I will answer their questions and set them work based on their weeknesses.
