My talent is to provide targeted and focused tutorials that get to the heart of a student`s difficulties. The first lesson always involves careful diagnostics to determine strengths and weaknesses. I then draw up a detailed plan of attack to enable the student to reach their potential and academic goals. I also emphasise exam technique to ensure no underperformance under exam conditions.
My extensive experience has brought me in contact with students of all backgrounds and abilities, from children with educational needs to adult learners. Consequently, I have learned to tailor my lessons to the needs of the student and their required teaching style. Having a maths degree from one of the world`s top universities has given me the confidence to go into any tutorial, knowing I will fully understand the concepts and will be able to explain them effectively.
