As a teacher, I am very concerned about the quality of my language and literacy when communicating to my students, but to make connections with them, I re-shape playground language into vocabulary to support connections. Consider replacing "butters" with "aesthetics".

Only work that needs marking, is given any feedback; verbal being more frequent and targeted. You won’t see any verbal feedback stamps or paper-chasing for evidence.
