My classes are set up with lectures and hands-on exercises to create an interactive and interesting learning environment. An introduction and objectives section usually opens each session, giving a summary of the subjects and learning objectives for the day. An in-depth lecture that covers important ideas and provides examples from real-world situations to improve comprehension comes next. In order to assist students in applying theoretical information, interactive activities including role-playing exercises, case studies, and group discussions are included. Every class concludes with a Q&A period where students can ask questions and get their doubts answered. The purpose of assignments is to support learning outside of the classroom.
I address a wide range of psychological subjects in my courses. In order to guarantee that students have a firm grasp of fundamental psychological ideas and concepts, we begin with foundational psychology. We study workplace psychology, motivation, leadership, and organizational behavior as we move through more specialized fields of Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology. In addition, I mentor students in the design, conduct, and analysis of psychological research as part of my research techniques course. Case studies are a common tool used to show how psychological principles are used in practical settings. The development of critical thinking, analytical abilities, and the practical application of psychology are heavily emphasized throughout the sessions.
I bring a wealth of experience to my teaching. I graduated with honors in Psychology and hold a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. My academic background is complemented by various internships in different psychology settings, providing me with hands-on experience and practical knowledge. This combination of professional and academic journey equips me with the insights and skills necessary to teach effectively. My approach aims to make complex concepts accessible and engaging for students, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of psychology.
Overall, my lessons are designed to not only impart knowledge but also to inspire a passion for psychology and prepare students for real-world applications in their future careers.
