I am an extremely motivated and highly efficient English teacher.

My classes usually begin with rapport building and after that I create an effective bond to move further and introduce my immaculately prepared lessons in a gradual manner.
I motivate my students, before introducing the topic and I keep questioning them, at this juncture, so that I can gauge their residual knowledge.
Once the student is motivated after an exhaustive round of questions and answers, I introduce the topic in a systematic and organised manner, so that there is no iota of confusion in the minds of the students.
Once I complete my explanation of the topic, with the aid of various tools and visual presentations, so that the concept is clear in the minds of the students
My next step would be a round of quizzes and questions to ensure that my explanation of my concept absolutely clear in the minds of my students.
In this entire process my only focus is the students understanding and how much he/she has grasped my methods of teaching.
