A Clear Learning Objective learning will help the students understand the task for their day to day activities and outlining what students should know or be able to do by the end of the session.

Real-World Connections helps them to Relate lessons to real-life situations and current events. This helps students see the practical application of what they're learning. Continue to develop teaching skills through workshops, seminars, and peer collaboration. Adaptable to the changing needs of students. If a lesson isn't working i am ready to modify it on the fly.I believe it is always better to prep before any class because this helps me to understand the importance points and how to explain to my students.
