I use the power-point presentation mode to explain the concepts. I also conduct weekly tests and assignments to scale the command of students in various concepts. Group discussions and presentation work are included to increase the command of the subject. I always look at the ability of the students and make sure to focus on their inabilities to improve their interest and make it easy for the students. Being friendly and making students comfortable during tutoring hours is my policy.
