To ensure an easy deliverable to my learners, I use approaches such as Collaborative, Integrative, and Reflective in nature and implementation.
I break my framework of teaching into four domains : Planning and preparation, Creating the congenial classroom Environment, Experiential learning, Assessment and Evaluation.
In my experience as an educator, I have learned to facilitate the learning to best suit the needs of the learner, and cater to their style of learning. I am at my best when it comes to understanding the unique type of learners. My lessons are broken down to the level of the learner, involving a range of activities to enhance their skills.
Most of all, I believe I am a mentor or coach who helps students achieve the learning goals. Using interpersonal strategies learners can also work together, if in groups, or work in pair, share - using collective skills and expertise to accomplish learning tasks. Using intrapersonal skills, student can think, and build their innate capacity to come out being more creative.
I believe language is best learnt in each one's own capacity, pace and style.
