Methods vary depending on the topic and response I desire. I sometimes use, discussion/interactive method, drama method, lecture method, or discovery method.
I use the format comprising of the subject, get dear, class, topic, time and duration. Furthermore it covers the specified objectives, personal aim, entry behavior, presentation/ introduction, the various steps included in the lesson and the learners and teachers activity.
And when the above mentioned have been done there's a room for evaluation to see the progress of the learners, personal explanations are expected from the learners to see how far each and everyone of them understood the lessons , and there's a revision on each and every concept earlier discussed in the lessons.
My experience over the years as a teacher has been a wonderful one, as I have thought the lower and upper grade primary school, I have also taught the junior and senior secondary sections , it has helped me understand the different learning pace of children , so as to effectively carry out teaching - learning process.
As a teacher one would understand that you are not just teaching but molding a character, moulding a young mind, so teaching should be done passionately, and patiently, else not all of the class would be carried along.
As a teacher you have to be self disciplined and friendly to your students / pupil, let them love you and everything you teach, let them have that comfort around you it makes teaching more interesting.
