I try to design lesson plans focused on age and level-appropriate material suitable from primary student to post graduate students.

I always try creating innovative biology lesson plans that are still being used as models by other biology teachers.

My teaching approach helps students to get more involved in each biology lesson.

I always encourage students to participate in classroom discussions to make sessions more interactive to make learning a fun activity.

When neccessary, mentor students one-on-one basis if they find any topic difficult to understand and cannot match the pace of other students.

Responsible for a student passing rate of more than 90 percent.
