Hello!!

I enjoy teaching students and educating them about the language and culture. No matter the level, we will always start the lesson with a casual conversation to break down any nerves or worries you may have.

I use fun and interactive methods to teach with a focus on improving conversation. I tend to use every day subjects or subjects that are currently in the news to improve the students general conversation. I believe that teaching students how to make conversation based on every day tasks ie: working/studying or current affairs ie: weather, natural disasters, "politics" will give students the knowledge to adapt this conversation to any aspect of their lives. Staying up to date with current affairs will allow students to receive better conversation from others.

If you want to focus on a certain area we can do this together. I usually give a small exercise for homework at the end of the class. We will open the next class by correcting the homework and learning from any mistakes that are made!

I qualified as a CELTA teacher last year and spent the summer working in a language school in Dublin. My students were from all over the world, but mainly from Mexico and Brazil. I have a passion for travelling and enjoy learning about new cultures.
