I employ Individualized Learning Plans to tailor my teaching approach, ensuring that every student can make measurable progress.

During my time as a Mathematics Specialist Teacher, I maintained a balance between promoting fluency, progressing into reasoning and problem solving and presenting challenging content. I meticulously designed lesson plans and utilized a variety of educational resources to engage students and provide them with the necessary support.
