I always aim for my lessons to be engaging whilst also effective in boosting grades. All tuition is specifically tailor around the exam specification and using my knowledge as a teacher and examiner, but in a way which is accessible to learners.
English doesn’t have to equal large amounts of writing in a tutoring lesson - I make use of the time we have through verbal questioning and some very short written work, unless of course you wish to work on essay writing skills!
I teach both language and literature currently in my school, both on the AQA specification. In literature, I specialise in An Inspector Calls, Unseen Poetry, Love and Relationships poetry, Jekyll and Hyde and Romeo and Juliet. Please do enquire about other texts if you do not study the ones above and I will honestly judge whether I am the best fit to help you reach your full potential.

KS3 tuition is £30 per hour.
KS4 tuition is £35 per hour.
