Most other Personal Trainers struggle to effectively coach weight loss. This is because they know how it works on paper, but not in practice. They have often been fit and active for a majority of their lives and so cannot relate to the struggles of being unfit, nor can they effectively programme workouts appropriate for a severely unfit client. It is a very delicate process that requires insight and nuance to get the best results.
My sessions will pass on this unique experience, knowledge and insight to you. We will be taking a more holistic approach to wellbeing that helps us pave the way to achieving our fitness goals. We will be able to navigate and address all the struggles that arise with weight loss, both physical and mental.
