I run weekly sessions using proven tools and techniques to get you to where you are looking to get to. We will work on:
MINDSET - How you think and view the world and yourself, determines the way you experience it. We will explore how your mind works and where we can make the adjustments that will push you forward and start dissolving the negative thoughts and beliefs that are negatively impacting your life.
SKILLSET - We will work on the skills that you have going forwards, I don't want our sessions to only be talking, I will help you create positive actions that you can start implementing and see quick results to go alongside the longer term work. I will also look to provide you with years of proven techniques that you will be able to deploy or teach for the rest of your life.
ROADMAPPING - If you use a GPS, the first thing it will always do is find where you are before it plots where you want to get to. We will work in the same way, first uncovering where you really are in life as a person and then we can plot where you WANT to be and along with that we will look at any stops you want to make along the way.
All of my classes will be held on Zoom (unless you are in the north east area and face to face can be arranged) you will get access to all of my videos and materials as well as whatsapp support between sessions.
