Phil Glaysher

I have 25 years business experience (20 years at a senior management level) combined with 14 years teaching. In addition I am MBA and PGCE qualified. My successful careers in marketing, advertising, and teaching have always been results driven, whether it is increased sales and profit, or providing students with a pathway fulfil their potential.

My approach is always person centred to take account of an individuals strengths and weaknesses, with agreed outcomes. All teaching methods are based on making theory relate to what is happening now and my extensive business experience. Academic content will therefore be brought to life and be a practical learning experience. An ex student who went on to achieve a First at Liverpool University told me that he was able to use this to help understand degree level content.
