Hi, my name is Phil and I offer personal training sessions.

Just a bit of background on my experience, I have a 1st class degree in sports science from Loughborough University and currently work as a strength and conditioning coach at a Premier League football club. I have experience working in gyms with a wide variety of people with lots of different goals.
