My lessons are designed to offer a holistic experience to the participants. I include sukhsma vyayama, asana, Bandha, pranayama, and mudras to activate the energy channels in their body, leading to an incredible experience. I also preach yoga as a lifestyle rather than just physical postures. Hence, enhanced mental well being is an extra benefit in my sessions.

In addition, I help the participants with a daily routine that aids yoga practice.
