My lessons are simple conversation through a variety of interests to draw or paint. I think enthusiasm towards contemporary and modern art is important. Showing other artists work and letting the student explore different ideas and techniques.
I encourage free thought and intuition. The use of charcoal, pastels and oil sticks are great to draw with. I also encourage Oil and acrylic paint and show techniques of how use these in many different ways. I teach younger children in a free enthusiastic way always listening and building their confidence around art.
