In my classes, I focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment where everyone feels welcome. I believe that yoga is not just about physical postures; it’s a holistic practice that enhances mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Each session incorporates breathwork and mindfulness, helping you to connect deeply with yourself and cultivate a sense of peace.

Classes are tailored depending on the student level. Ashtanga sun salutation sequences for strength and conditioning before moving into vinyasa flow practice. Classes are meditative and moderately challenging, this is a movement based meditation practice; expect strengthening of the whole body, and targeted stretching of specific muscle groups with an introspective/meditative focus throughout. A targeted balancing pose towards the end of the practice is normally applied here, this helps with balance and enjoyment!

Restorative yoga sessions are available, particularly for office based workers in order to hold more subtle and relaxed poses to help open up the body and unwind chronic desk based sitting patterns. Again, focussing on breathing and using extensive use of props and cushions to help relax the body into improved alignment and symmetry.
