I design presentation around the problems the person or client need to address. This orivudes relevant training to solve today's problems, before delving into the 70% of functionality most people don't not need.

I help look for ways to improve the day to day processing of data that companies need to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT assets and the staff who use them.

For students, I will show ways of achieving their learning goals, working through their coursework and addressing and misunderstanding or lack of knowledge.

Sessions can be run via video conferencing or face to face at the client's site/home. Remote support can be offered on a retainer basis or hourly rate.

I've worked with many Accounting packages including Sage and Quickbooks. I've helped companies create databases to streamline the daily work activities, and built interfaces to reduce manual data entry and reduce errors.

I can help specify and build desktop and server systems ensuring security and access procedures are in place and followed. I've migrated offices to Microsoft Cloud based services to improve the sharing, access and integrity of documents and data across single and multiple sites.

Finally, I am a Web developer, and can help maintain existing websites, design and build new sites and work with ecommerce and CRM systems.
