I can breakdown and make maths simple when it comes to learning new methods. I have done maths since GCSE where I achieved an A* and continued to get an A in maths at A level with a B in further maths too. This then helped me to continue my studies at Nottingham Trent University where I studied pure Mathematics and achieved a first class honours. I pride myself over my friendly demeanour and strong communication skills more than anything, these I built up and strengthened during my 4 summer seasons in Greece where I taught windsurfing to kids and adults of all ages. This tested me to explain, demonstrate and instruct at all abilities and in challenging conditions which is where I learnt to stay calm and patient no matter what. I've helped tutoring friends that have been studying at GCSE and A level levels (level 2 and 3) with successful outcomes in both parts. My preferred method of learning and the best way to learn in my opinion is giving something a go and then asking questions later because that's the best way to remember it. That being said, everyone learns differently and I'm flexible to teach in different ways depending on what works for you. I can do in person or online depending on what is more comfortable and convenient.
