I have experience teaching students of all ages. I have taught company-based curricula (e.g. EF, international schools, etc.) and IELTS. In my various roles, I have followed a strength-based approach to encourage individual growth. By doing so, I have a greater understanding of people’s individuality, how everyone has different needs and require distinct attention. I tailor my lessons according to what the student desires to learn. If a student is unsure what they want to learn, I can create some form of a mini-curriculum - if that helps them. I will not press about students doing 'homework', but if the student wants to do 'homework' then I am happy to give such work.
