History was by far my favourite module since I was very young. Studying history since very young in school and being my main hobby I always had a curious and imaginative approach seeing history the one course and passion that can expand your horizon and views.

I prefer flexibility over strictness and make the course pliable for the purpose of the person than feeding too much information for no reason. We need to know the "why". Why are we studying history, and how it can help us?

I found that most of the students can learn more easier and really enjoying it by having a good structure and personal objectives set for them. A step-by-step system consolidates better the information as it is more student centered. I also prefer tools like quizzes and small games over hardcore tests and while learning a good exercise of imagination can challenge better the long term memory.

Periods of time and subjects are better to be split in chapters, where using tools as the use of dynamic maps, videos and photos can explain the geopolitical, social and economical context far better.
