I always start the first lesson with my new students by checking their English level and what they are good at or what they lack. Then after I find out their needs and what they want us to focus on, I give my attention to their specific needs (either that's to build their confidence with the language or perfect themselves for some test or exams like the GCSEs).
I have 14 years of experience with lots of materials for any kind of student or personal need. I spend extremely a lot of unpaid hours to prepare myself for the lessons and also to correct my students' writing down to the very last full stop and comma, so I am expecting for some kind of strong effort from them as well.
