I mostly fun to be around. Instead of having a fix methodology, I mostly observe the student on the first lesson and start my teaching plan from that. I believe every student have their own way of learning and i would like to provide them the most comfortable way to gain knowledge. I want student to be able to learn happily and voluntarily. I want them to be able to see me as their friends and so they will be able to ask and tell me anything that they don't understand. With that being said, they won't feel scare to raise question as we do not have the traditional kind of teacher-student relationship. I will also constantly talk and discuss with their parents on their progress.
