With over two decades of experience in modern commercial music, I offer guitar lessons meticulously designed to foster progressive development in technique, aural skills, knowledge, and creativity. My teaching approach encompasses a diverse range of genres, including Pop, Rock, Hard Rock, Blues, RnB, Funk, Jazz, Latin, World Music, and Fusion.

Each lesson is structured to provide a balanced integration of theoretical understanding and practical application. Students engage in technique development, improvisation, and repertoire building, with a strong emphasis on creativity and personal expression. Aural training and songwriting are integral components of the curriculum, promoting comprehensive musicianship.

The lessons are adaptable, catering to beginners through advanced players, and are delivered in a dynamic, student-centered environment. I employ a variety of teaching materials and methods, including modern technology, to enhance the learning experience and ensure it aligns with each student's unique goals.

My academic journey includes a First-Class Hons Bachelor Degree in Creative Music Performance from Falmouth University (UK) and Detroit Institute of Music Education (USA), a Master in Music Performance from Berklee College of Music (USA), and a Master in Music from Bath Spa University (UK), where I am currently a finalist of a PhD in Music, focusing on Music Composition and Performance.

As an established composer, guitar player, and entrepreneur, I am dedicated to developing and teaching modern commercial music in Portugal. I am also known for embracing diverse aesthetic elements in my performances, ranging from Pop to Latin Jazz, with a focus on world fusion.


Throughout my career, I have taught over a thousand students, many of whom have successfully pursued careers in the music industry. As the founder of a prestigious music school in Portugal, I am committed to providing high-standard education in modern commercial music.
