I have been a science enthusiast in my life and always have a keen interest in ongoing research worldwide in different fields. This attitude drove me to pursue Ph.D. in Applied Microbiology from a reputed University in India. I have had previous teaching experiences at the University level (B.Sc and M.Sc graduates) pursuing biotechnology. I can tutor subjects like general science; including biotechnology, zoology, botany, genetics, and biochemistry both at school and college level.
I like to use group exercises, colorful PowerPoint slides, and even videos where possible to demonstrate my learning points. I believe this is something that increases student interest significantly, and from my experience, leads to a better learning experience overall. I deliver recent research proposals as case studies to make students develop a keen interest in different areas of science and technology.
Finally, I have an approachable, inclusive style of teaching that is sufficiently flexible enough to cater to a diverse range of learning styles, needs, and requirements.
