My lessons are dependent on the needs of an individual or group of individuals.

My experience has enabled me to quickly just the delivery style that is appropriate for the learner(s).

I use a mix of presentations, discussion topics which will include case study handouts. I also use group work and other activities that develop business and work related skills that are essential in any career progression. I consider English/Literacy, maths/numeracy and ICT skills to be increasingly important to look to incorporate these into sessions.
