I use online lessons to ensure that I can engage with students no matter where they are in the world. I use Google Classroom so that you can see all of the resources and are able to refer back to them in between lessons. I used resources taken from my classroom where my students achieve progress in the top 5% of the country. I ensure that the knowledge you learn is exactly what you need for your examinations. I use examples of how Computer Science applies to the real world. I use stories to make the content we learn more engaging as Computer Science can sometimes be dry. I like to get to know my students well and learn a little bit about you, I think relationships are important. I have been teaching for over 20 years always in comprehensive schools with a range of different students. I have been teaching GCSE Computer Science in it's current form for around 6 years. As well as teaching GCSE I can also teach A Level Computer Science which is rare these days. I am an excellent programmer and can help develop your coding abilities on parts that relate to the course and areas that don't. I believe in trying to do everything possible to help support you in your understanding of Computer Science. I want to help support you in the subject so you can take on the next steps in your journey. Above all I really love Computer Science.
