I graduated the University of Bucharest, Faculty of History-Philosophy, Philosophy-History Department, Bachelor in Philosophy and History and Bucharest University & Bochum Universität, Germany, Master in Philosophy, specialization in interdisciplinary humanistic studies. For 8 years I was secondary and highschool teacher, and afterwards I was researcher at the Institute of Educational Sciences. I have a trainer certificate in counseling and career guidance, certificate Certificate of trainer of school inspectors. Holstebro Technical College and Academy and from the Danish Institute for Educational Training of Vocational Teachers, Denmark.The lessons will be presented using Power Point slides. Also I have a certificate of trainer of school inspectors obtainde from Center for British Teachers, Great Britain. I obtained a GA Level 2 Certificat in Community Interpreting for English language. My professional skills and competenciens includes teamwork, team coordination, communication, motivation and the use of information technology. Social skills and competecies aquired during my career: effective communication, the ability to communicate effectively with others, conflict resolution, active listening, empathy, respect and the ability to dialogue and cooperate with the students and adults. Organizational skills nd competencies: goal setting, prioritization skills, decision making, strategic thinking and planning, collaboration, effective communication, time management,and organization of training hnical skills and competencies: use of computer, printer, projector and overhead projector.
