My professional career in the capacity of Lead of large business strategy and change programmes across the financial services sector has spanned 35 years, most notably at the Bank of England (10 years), and at the European Central Bank (14 years) from its inception, and on to the launch of the euro currency. At the European Central Bank I was Chair of several pan-European working groups leading the main programmes of work toward the launch of the euro, and establishment of a framework and business processes for execution of pan European monetary policy. Since 2010 I provided management consulting services to blue chip organisations in London and US through my own limited company; Papillon Bleu Partners. As of January 2021, I stepped back from my professional career to spend more time in and around Devon and the South West.

The lessons take the form of interactive dialogue as per the requirements of the client.
