Professional and experienced guitar / piano tutor working in the Bedfordshire area. I have over 15 years experience studying the guitar and 20 years on the piano. I teach a variety of different genres ranging from rock to classical music.

I currently work as a music teacher in a secondary school, teaching a variety of different instruments to students a various age ranges. My teaching style uses a mixture of theoretical and practical skills within a lesson, leading to a better overall understanding of the music students are creating.

I have also worked in a primary school setting, teaching students as part of small groups with the ultimate goal for them to perform within and as a band. This involved teaching a range of instruments and musical elements tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Additionally, I graduated with a first class honours degree in sound engineering and production. Since then I have worked with a number of different artist, from songwriting, recording and performing. This experience has allowed me to teach singing, songwriting and home recording for all levels, with a personalised methodology to meet all individuals needs.

I am passionate about music, in all its forms and want to share this passion and creativity widely.
