It's very important to me, that even though the on-line personal training sessions will be remote, that you don't feel that way. We will meet regularly to discuss your goals and progress, to re-assess your programme and set new goals.
I will watch you do a typical training session to make sure that you use proper form and are progressing safely.
In between sessions, I will be happy to email or text you with reminders and encouragement, and I will be reachable by text or email at any time if you have any questions. I usually reply within 30 mins during my waking hours!
All programmes start with an interview which is free of charge, after that I will create an exercise programme for you appropriate for your goals, and give you nutritional advice. We'll take some base line measurements which may involve some physical tests, but you'll have plenty of warning so that you can wear the appropriate clothes.
Each session will start with a quick appraisal chat then a warm up, followed by your exercises and a cool down. This will be the format of your regular workouts that you will do un supervised.
Re-assessment of your programme will occur every 4-6 weeks. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions that you need to sign up to, but I would recommend at least 10 so that we can see the progress and have a suitable amount of time to reach your goals.
I look forward to working with you.
