Coaching can be anything you need help with in your life. I'm an equality lead as well and really strive to be inclusive for all 9 of the protected characteristics.
I come with lots of lived experience and also am a guest speaker to inspire others. I work with all, but have an extra passion for intersectionality and younger people finding their way.
I've brought up 2 wonderful children on my own, who are now thriving at university.
Life isn't always easy, but the right guidance or space to evaluate can make a huge difference.
I'm a very approachable and friendly human being , who gets on with everyone.
