Hello! I like to do the lessons with you. I provide the content but be assured you're not doing the work on your own. I love the use of colourful, fun and instructive resources to aid with learning. really life scenarios and experiences to help you relate to the context of the work and therefore understand it. A strategy like to use is reflective calibration of work. therefore, I can get an idea of the students ability and understanding and make adjustments and rearrangements to m tutors session so they are adaptable to the students way of learning. Homework will be a method of learning however, these will not be a dull and disengaging task. my aim is to encourage further independent learning. I feel as a tutor/teacher I am fun and relatable to my students. a factor of this is that I play semi professional football which I personally believe makes me relatable to the students and often helps to provide common areas of conversation. I can work extremely well with dyslexia student, a reason o this is that have dyslexia myself, which from experience, been another reason why and how I can relate and enhance my teaching for the students I teach. In addition to this, I feel I can understand how studying may feel to students who need that extra support, which inevitably empowers my teaching strategies on planning my lessons based around this factor so that it is understandable and engaging.
