Getting to know my students from the first day of meeting them, I believe is a crucial aspect to ensure success and comfortability in their piano lessons.

Therefore, a keen and exciting attitude to learn piano/Keys is desirable!

Teaching from a range of different aspects in Music specialising in Piano/Keys such as scales, notes on the piano, learning to read sheet music, chords, creating a melody, basic hand techniques and technical exercises along with much more at beginner/intermediate/KS3 Level.

Each week, I will ask students to complete weekly practical/theoretical tasks for them to hand in for the next lesson in order to ensure progression, such as learning scales, chords, or by practicing various hand exercises that they will have learnt from each lesson.

I will also be using rhythm exercises to help them understand different types of rhythms that the theory aspect may offer. Indicating basic musical concepts and answer any question they may have to enhance their understanding of every lesson!

I have worked profoundly with students and adults over the years whilst studying at university as well as outside the university/college, I believe I am able to adapt and be versatile with everyone that wishes me to assist them on their musical journey.
