I have been coaching football for the past 8 years, had the opportunity to coach different type of age groups, and usually I work at a football ground. But once Covid started I continue my coaching using online platform by doing video call or record some instructions and send them to clients. I like to demonstrate what will be doing and explain during the demonstration so students would know what they have to do and how to do it. I like to give different instructions to reach everyone. I give a good amount of time for participants to practice and try the exercises that we will be performing
