First of all I will ask you about your needs and your aspirations. Depending on your level, I will offer you a suitable study programme so that you develop your English in areas you need, be it the basics, grammar, conversational English or academic writing, I use various resources depending on your existing level and preferences.

You are welcome to share with me your own favourite English textbook or we can use mine. We will work on your pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and tone when speaking or writing in English. We will also work on understanding the language when listening to it. I will point out the cultural subtleties and nuances of meaning, so you can sound like a native and understand native speakers. I lived in the USA for 13 months and in the UK for 23 years, so you can be sure of my competence as an English speaker, writer and a tutor.

I have experience of teaching English as a second language to children and adults, face-to-face and online. I have even taught English language to the pupils in a middle school in Denmark.
