I have over 10 years teaching experience.l am a team player,able to work under pressure, innovative, have the communication skills.
I use various teaching methods to suit my student such as technology in education where videos, phone, projector,audio, and the social media is used like Skype etc.
I use a teaching method suitable for my student to enable them to get the concept and understand the basic content of the topic being treated.
I use both formative and summative assessment in my teaching.
In formative assessment I assess the student during the course of teaching for them to move from abstract to practical concepts. The summative is used to assess the student after the topic with short quizzes.
I also allow students to peer teaching and brainstorm through project works, assignment.
In my experience students enjoy most of their studies when there is diversity and so at time I also use demonstrations by taking them outside the classroom for them to have a feel about studying outside.i also conduct educational trips like excursion to places which are related to their course of study to make learning exciting for them.By this students are always willing to learn and absorb things being thought easily.This also allows the student to visualize whatever they see and that sticks in their minds which they can remember them anytime when asked.
I am also approachable to allo students come and contact me anytime that they have difficulty in their learning.Also because not all students have the same IQ tutorials are given to such students with special for them to catch up with the rest of the class.
