Hi there! I'm a US national living and working in Ireland. I am new to tutoring so my teaching style/method will be very dynamic and adaptable to your needs. My career began with a bachelor's degree in biology, with a study focus in ecology. After that I worked for the US National Park Service, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation of Natural Resources, and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. I then received a master's in environmental science from University College Dublin before working for a non-profit in land stewardship and ecological research and restoration. A lot of my career has focused on water quality which has given me a wealth of knowledge in microbiology and aquatic ecology. My academic career and previous work experience has provided a great understanding of evolutionary biology and terrestrial ecology. In both personal and professional life I have been helping coworkers, classmates, friends and family better understand these topics and I am looking forward to doing the same for you. As I said, this is the first time I have tutored professionally which means I can and will cater my whole teaching method to your needs. Whether its for professional development, academic testing, or just personal interest, I am very excited to meet with you and learn together how to help you better understand topics that may be difficult. I am based in Dublin, so teaching will be remote, but the benefit of this is I have a quite open schedule and can be flexible to what times best suit your needs. Look forward to meeting and working with you!
