Greetings to my wonderful potential students!
I use a very easy enjoyable method to teach - I hold a basic, friendly conversation with the student, taking note of words/sentences that I think they need to practice more on, and focusing on those until the student becomes comfortable with using them, and becomes very fluent in the language.
I love to teach, and with my friendly personality, I ensure that my students are very much at ease with me. I do this by telling them stories about my home country, and asking them to tell me things about theirs (if they feel comfortable talking about it).
I am African - from Nigeria (to be precise). I am fluent in English Language because English is the language of communication in my country. By this, I mean that it is the language of instruction in schools, and also the language used to communicate in organizations. There are of course other languages, but people mostly use this to communicate in their homes and in private gatherings.
For the most part, I developed my English language skills from a very young age, as I loved to read. I would pick up different books - it could be a newspaper, a magazine, a storybook/novel, the manual for a home appliance etc. I just loved to read, and with time, my parents, family and friends noticed that I had built my vocabulary.
I enjoy teaching English to people who need to build up their English speaking skills.
