Welcome to my profile. My name is Orsolya, from Hungary.
Offering yoga classes for anyone interested to learn and improve.
I have been practising since my early twenties, and been teaching for the last 3+ years. I have studied and trained in India, Mysore and also completed my 500hrs RYT Yoga alliance certificate in Mysore.

I can teach and introduce you to Traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa, Yin, Pre- and Post natal yoga, Yoga therapy and Pranayama.

I started yoga with Orsolya as an absolute beginner as I wanted to try a new sort of physical exercise. She is really professional, kind and patient as a tutor. Her classes include a warm up, streching in addtion to the vaious yoga poses. Due to her experience in India, she provides also some guided meditation therefore I highly recommend Orsolya for everyone who wish to get rid of daily stress.
